A Greek ICT company is preparing a proposal for the Fast Track to Innovation (FTI) call. The company is rethinking the final phases of the building construction process. Its mission is to digitize the constructed assets with the use of robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The project will create an assessment process that is lean, efficient, safe and cost-effective. Focusing on the indoor environment of buildings under construction, the project aims to verify the quality of the structure. At the same time, the stakeholders will receive high precision information to localize mistakes and prevent costly errors, by remotely connecting the project site with contractors and subcontractors. The robotic platform helps construction companies and HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning) or elevator companies to succeed remote access on the project site, to track the errors in particular areas of the building and provide actionable information to building developers, site managers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.
The Greek company is looking for one industrial partner coming from either the elevator or automation sectors. The collaboration sought is to participate in the FTI project.
