The COSME call “European Cluster Excellence Programme with ClusterXchange scheme connecting ecosystems and cities” (COS-CLUSTER-2020-3-03) has been published with the aim to strengthen inter-regional, sectoral and cross-sectoral collaboration between clusters.

A French and a Spanish energy cluster intend to apply to this call and two other clusters from Portugal and Austria that have also shown their interest to join the consortium. To complete the consortium, they are now looking for an energy cluster (or a cluster specialised in other sectors for cross-sectoral collaboration) experienced in European projects, ideally COSME projects.
The partner sought will coordinate the consortium and participate in the project.

The consortium believes that a cluster awarded with a Gold label would be a plus for the project.

Actions developed and implemented within the projects will be:
- Capacity building activities for improvement of the team’s skills and management
- Implementation of the ClusterXchange scheme for SMEs
- Twinning activities and exchange of good practices
