La Joint Transnational Call (JTC) 2023 del partenariato TRANSCAN-3 ha selezionjato 13 progetti vincitori  che riceveranno quasi 17 milioni per lo studio dell'epigenetica del cancro.

I progetti, scelti per la loro innovatività ed eccellenza, promettono di apportare significativi contributi nel campo della ricerca sul cancro, portando a scoperte nel campo di diagnosi, trattamento e prevenzione del cancro. Di seguito è riportato l'elenco dei progetti selezionati:

  6. EpiNanSarc - Sarcoma subtyping and stratification using genome-wide epigenetic profiling
  7. EPIPROPER - Identifying EPIgenetic determinants and biomarkers of drug resistance via characterization of PROspective PERsister cells
  8. EXPLORE-NB - Exploring the epigenetic neuroblastoma landscape to improve measurable disease monitoring, disease understanding and personalized treatment
  9. HYDRA - Charting the epigenomic trajectory of progression towards metastatic colorectal cancer
  10. REACH - Reversing Epitranscriptomic Alterations for CHemosensitization of Pancreatic Cancer
  11. REACTION - Deciphering Epigenetic Biomarkers to Identify Preleukemic Carriers at Risk
