A Croatian public institute seeks technology for tracking lifelong movement of adult mosquitoes to provide precise information of their life movements, feeding, eggs, radius of movement, etc. Monitoring will give information that will be used for control and public health measures. Partners should bring new or developed ideas about tracking devices that should be placed on the mosquito. Project will be submitted under Horizon 2020 work programme, call H2020-NMP 2014/2015
- Type of partner sought: Partner in the field of production of telecommunication equipment in the field of nanotechnology.
Specific area of activity of the partner: Production of transmitters and nano radio equipment
- Task to be performed by the partner sought: to produce radio device weight from 0.06 to 0.1 mg which will continuously send signals up to 45 days, to set up a system to capture the signal in the diameter of 40 km, to develop an IT system for data collection and processing, explore in what way the device can be well installed or attached in/on mosquito
