The conference is focusing on challenges and opportunities for the ISA² programme: interoperability, a key enabler for user-centric digital public services.

During the conference there will be several testimonials from Member States and businesses, including from outside Europe, demonstrating concrete interoperability solutions that implement digital public services. The afternoon session will be particularly dedicated to cases related to the priority areas of the new ISA² programme.
